  • Handmade Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in size, shape, colour, and appearance from product to product and from the images shown on our website. These variations are inherent in handmade items and are not considered defects.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure all items listed are available, in the rare instance that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.

  • Perishable Nature: Our sweets are perishable goods with a limited shelf life. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 2 days from the date of delivery, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to store the products appropriately upon delivery to maintain their quality.
